Chicken Pasta with Boursin Sauce Recipe

Start by cooking your pasta in boiling salted water according to the package directions.

In a separate pan, heat some oil and butter. Once melted, add one chopped onion and sauté until translucent.

Add diced chicken to the pan, followed by salt, garlic powder, paprika, cajun spice, and parsley.

Stir well to coat the chicken with the spices and cook until the chicken is browned.

Pour in the liquid cream and add the Boursin garlic and fine herbs cheese.

Mix continuously until the Boursin cheese has completely melted and is incorporated into a smooth sauce.

Turn off the heat. Add the cooked and drained pasta to the sauce and mix everything together until the pasta is well-coated.

Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and fresh parsley, then serve immediately.
