The Crispiest High Protein Popcorn Chicken

Dice chicken thighs into cubes. Add cooking spray, all seasonings (garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cayenne, white pepper, black pepper, mixed herbs, salt), and baking powder. Mix well to fully coat.

In a large container, add cornflour and the seasoned chicken. Seal the lid and shake vigorously until the chicken is fully coated.

Arrange the coated chicken pieces on a rack and give them a light spray with cooking spray.

Oven bake at 200°C for 15-18 minutes or air fry at 200°C for 10-12 minutes. Shake the chicken halfway through cooking.

Serve the popcorn chicken while it's hot and crispy, and enjoy.
