Slice one large red onion.

Roughly chop four to five tomatoes.

Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add garlic and sliced onions to the pan and let them caramelize.

Add chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until soft.

Add spices: garam masala, Kashmir red chili, turmeric, cumin, coriander powder, and salt to the pan.

Blend the mixture until smooth and add it back to the pan.

Add cream, sugar, and fenugreek leaves to the sauce.

Cube the chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Marinate the chicken with yogurt and the same spices used for the sauce (garam masala, Kashmir red chili, turmeric, cumin, coriander powder, and salt).

Air fry the marinated chicken at 380°F for 12 minutes.

Add the cooked chicken back into the sauce and mix well.
